These terms and conditions govern your use of the LaundryBee website and services. By placing an order in our shop, you agree to adhere to the following terms:
Service Availability
LaundryBee services are available exclusively for in-store orders. We do not offer pickup services at this time.
Ordering and Payment
  • Orders must be placed in person at our shop.
  • Payment for services is due at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Pricing and Charges
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Prices for services are clearly displayed in our shop.

Quality Assurance
We strive to provide top-notch services. If you have concerns about the quality, please inform us promptly, and we will address them accordingly.
Return Policy
• No refunds, returns or exchanges on counter items.
• All counter purchases paid by a credit card will be taxed.
• All laundry cards can be refunded for same value.
• Defective laundry cards can be replaced with a new card.
• Money left in a laundry card can redeemed for counter items.
Operating Hours
LaundryBee operates 24/7 for your convenience. We are open on all holidays. All year round, 365 days a year.
Please help us to help you by respecting the following:
• No littering.
• No alcohol, smoking or unlawful drugs in premises.
• No sitting on laundry carts, tables or machines.
• Adults must supervise their children.
• Parents are responsible for their children’s safety.
• Customers are responsible for their own property.
LAUNDRYBEE will not be responsible for
• Laundry removed from machines.
• Laundry and personal belongings left unattended.
• Laundry faded, discolored or shrunk.
• Laundry damaged by items left in clothing such aspens, nail polish, markers, lipsticks, crayons,... etc.
• Laundry damaged by items drying in dryers too long.
• We are not responsible for items left over 30 days.
For the best LAUNDRYBEE experience, please remember to
• Empty all pockets from clothes before placing in machines.
• Check washers and dryers before putting laundry inside.
• Don’t overload the machines.
• No rubber, plastic or vinyl allowed in dryers.
• Please remove laundry when machines are finished.
• Laundry left unattended will be removed if needed.

You may bring in your own detergents.

Please remove everything from your clothing before you drop off laundry. We are not responsible for items left inside your laundry bags such as money, keys, jewelry, cell phones etc. We will also not be responsible for clothing damaged by items left in your laundry upon drop off such as crayon, pens, food etc.
Procedures for Min. Standards of Cleanliness and Hygiene
We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing caused by vinyl or plastic related fabrics within the same laundry. We cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, color loss, shrinkage, stretching or abrasions. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline cleaning any particular piece of laundry if we think it will lead to trouble. Special items such as sequins, beads, hosiery, swimwear, bras wiring, shoes, wool, oil rags, silk, lace, leather, suede, faux leather and furs, must be indicated upon drop off.

Reimbursements or damaged items processed through our Wash & Fold laundering service may be issued if a detailed list of each item is accompanied with the order at the time of drop off. The list must include the brand, item style, color and size of each individual item in the order. The value of the reimbursement for Wash & Fold services shall not exceed more than 10 times our charge for cleaning the order, preferably in the form of store credits. If no list is provided at the time of drop off, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items and there will be NO REIMBURSEMENTS or compensation of any form.
